How do I find a specific item?

No matter what page you’re on in our Web site, there is an easy way to find exactly what you’re looking for. To search for a specific item, type either the item name, keywords that describe the item, or the item SKU number into the Search field on the upper right hand section of every page.

How do I place an order?

It’s easy. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Add to Shopping Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, you have three options to choose from.

(1) You can click the blue Check Out button on either the top or bottom of the item detail page. This will begin your checkout.

(2) Or, you can move your mouse over the Cart button on the upper right hand section of the page revealing the last few items you have added to the cart. You will see a Checkout button which you can click to place your order.

(3) Or, you can click on Cart to view the entire contents of your cart. A Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a "Sign In" page. Here you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping As a Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order. And you’re all Checked Out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

How do I know if something I purchased is on back order? How can I check the status of an order online?

If you provide your email address when placing your order, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. Whether you placed your order over the Internet or by phone, you can check the status online 24 hours after the order was placed. You will need to provide your order number and the zip code of your billing address. Click here to track your order.

Will Social Couture send me a confirmation of my online order?

If you provide your email address when placing your order, we will send you a confirmation by email promptly after your order has been placed.

How is sales tax calculated?

Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for nonfood items shipped to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA and WI.

Certain states require tax on shipping and processing charges. Sales tax on food is charged in these states: AL, ID, KS and LA.

Both state and local sales taxes on food are charged in these locations: AL, HI, MS, NM, OK, SC, TN, UT, VA, Birmingham-AL, Leawood-KS, Baton Rouge-LA, Metairie-LA and New Orleans-LA.

How can I make a change or cancel my order?

Is the credit card information I submit secure?

Yes. Every step of the Social Couture online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.

What is the credit card verification number?

This number provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. For Visa, Mastercard and Discover, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.

What shipping options are available?

Standard Shipping

Most purchases are shipped from our distribution center in Los Angeles, to arrive within five business days from receipt of your order.

How are delivery charges calculated?

Delivery charges are calculated off of a weight to value formula.

Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?

At this time, we are only able to ship to the domestic U.S. and U.S. Territories.

Can orders be shipped to an APO/FPO address?

Yes, when entering an APO/FPO address please follow the following format:
