Standard Delivery
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse which is located in Los Angeles, CA and usually arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $5 for standard delivery. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes or foreign countries. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call our Customer Service Department @ 1-888-520-2258.
What is Social Couture's Return Policy?
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund. Please note that some products are not eligible for return. These include: perishable, edible, personalized, sample, clearance and sale. Handmade diaper cakes and certain stationery items are considered special order and cannot be returned.
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund, replacement or exchange. To make a return, email us at customerservice@socialcouture.com and simply indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Please note some return items may be charged a restocking fee of $1.00 per item.
Once the returned merchandise has been received, we will refund your credit card less shipping charges (shipping charges are non-refundable). If you received "free shipping" on your purchase, the cost of shipping incurred by Social Couture will be deducted from your refund.
Please send products back in their original packaging. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of original purchase. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

What do I do with damaged, defective or missing products?
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Social Couture within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please call our Customer Service department at 818-763-8681 or 888-520-2258 for specific inquiries.
We are not responsible for missing and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.
